Alignments are required for creating long and cross sections - your alignment defines the geometry of lines, arcs and spirals.
Alignments come with labels - you label the major and minor contours, as well as the geometry points. This can be controlled on an alignment-by-alignment basis, and can be saved to the settings for use in future projects.
Alignment tables can be set up by you - output alignment geometry along the whole alignment, as well as individual curve tables.
